Start of the WGAP Season
i. All Ladies Chapters shall submit two (2) copies of their list of officers and team members. The Members List must contain the following information:
1. Full Name
2. Nickname
3. Birthdate and month
4. Mailing address
5. Landline and/or Mobile Phone Numbers
6. Other club affiliations
7. WGAP Number
ii. Use WGAP Form D – Members List for the Year
iii. The Ladies Chapter List of Officers and Members must be submitted to the Manila Golf Club Ladies Locker Room, addressed to the Membership Committee Chair, not later than
April 4, 2009.
iv. This must be accompanied by full payment of club dues and individual dues.
1. Annual dues for Metro Manila clubs are PhP 5,000 for the chapter and PhP 500 for each member.
2. Annual dues for provincial clubs are PhP 3,000 for the chapter and PhP 300 for each member.
During the WGAP Season
i. The club may add new members to their team, anytime during the year. The following procedures must be followed:
1. Submit scorecards and/or printouts. See Handicap Item # 3 for details.
2. Submit WGAP Form A – Membership Registration Form.
3. Submit payment.
ii. The club may change any information about their members, anytime during the year. The following procedures must be followed:
1. Write the new information about the member on WGAP Form A – Membership Registration Form.
2. Submit to WGAP.
iii. The WGAP Form A must be submitted to Manila Golf Club Locker Room on or before the 4th of every month.
