Dear Ms. Co,  

Golf greetings from Camp John Hay Golf Club!

It is with pleasure that we invite you for the CAMP JOHN HAY 7th Asian Ladies Team Championship to be held on
June 1 – 3, 2010. This one-of-a-kind tournament was created for lady golfers from all over the country and the entire
Asia Pacific Region. For this year’s tournament, please take note of the following guidelines:

I.   A maximum of 30 teams will be accepted.

II.  Each team is composed of four (4) players in a team with the best scores of 3 players to count each day.  A team
     is allowed to field only one (1) player with a handicap index of four (4) and below. The Minimum Team handicap
     index should be 7.0 and above.


III. Team Classification (Group I, II & III) will be based on the three (3) lowest handicap
     indices of the team. Player substitutions after the tournament deadline may be allowed as long as the team
     classification will not be altered
. Note: The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject/ adjust/ any individual’s
      handicap or add groupings and classifications, if necessary, in order to divide the field equally.

IV. Deadline for all entries will be on May 20, 2010 (Tuesday).

V.  Entry fee:
     Php 45,000 –   inclusive of accommodation for four (4) nights for four (4) players in two (2) Superior Rooms
     (twin sharing) at the Manor

     Php 25,000 –      exclusive of accommodation

     Entry fee is inclusive of the following:
    
     •   One (1) practice round on 31 May (Monday) for each player
         Practice Round reservation shall be subject to tee time availability and priority in order of paid entries. Local teams wishing to          practice on May 31 will be required to do so before 8:00 am.

     •  
Green Fees for Tournament Rounds
      Cocktails on 1 June (Tuesday)
      Dinner on 2 June (Wednesday)
       Awards Banquet on 3 June (Thursday)
VI. Team entries will not be confirmed unless the entry form, handicap index certification (as of 1 April 2010) of all team members       and payments are submitted. Check or cash payments may be made through any of the following:
