Happy New Year to all of you.

2020 was quite a challenge to our sport as the pandemic halted all our activities and prevented us from enjoying each other’s company. Although it will still be long way to finally defeat Covid-19, half the battle is won knowing that you are all safe and healthy.

The silver lining was in the international scene. We all followed and cheered on the success of our Filipina players Bianca Pagdanganan and Yuka Saso in the US and Japan, respectively. We congratulate both ladies who are WGAP members — Bianca of CAGCC and Yuka of Canlubang Golf Club .

I hope that we will soon be allowed to have tournaments and fellowships. While we wait for things to be ‘normal’ again, WGAP would like to reach out to you thru our social media platforms. We currently revamped our WGAP website where you may find news, WGAP announcements and updates. Our Facebook page and Instagram are also being updated so please feel free to send us photos to share to our WGAP co-members.

This 2021, I only pray for peace and good health for all of you! I do hope that you share my wish that soon we will get to play again in our monthly tournaments.
