New Zealand set the scene and hosted the 44th edition of the Asia-Pacific Amateur Ladies Team Championships for the Queen Sirikit Cup which took place at the Clearwater Golf Club in Christchurch from March 20-23, 2024. 15 of the top 200 women in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) representing 12 countries and territories from the Asia-Pacific region played 72 holes during an unusual cold weather that entered the country making Autumn season come much too early. The Philippine Team consisted of our recently concluded 2024 Philippine Ladies Open Champion, Grace Pauline Quintanilla (Visayas), Alethea Paige Gaccion who ranks 530, (Mindanao) and from Luzon, Reese Allyson Ng, the youngest team member.
