WGAP LuzViMin Golf Tournament

VENUE: Negros Occidental Golf & Country Club, Bacolod City

Organizers were forced to cancel the annual LuzViMin Golf Tournament last November 25, 2025 after a powerful overnight storm swept the City of Bacolod leaving large sections of the course unplayable.  Player safety always comes first as far as the host club executives of NOGCC were concerned.  

Golfers are always resilient and aware of the environment.  Instead, the spirit of sisterhood continued.  The moment the other two courses opened up, many played, mixed around with their team mates and competitors.  A fellowship night ended this event.  Instead of the competition in golf, the 18 teams participated in their own dance, song and comedy performances.  

According to our PR Director, Sarah Medina, “No event is 101% perfect, only participants who are 101% aware that we can always choose to stay happy and positive in any situation”.
